Fund's Objectives:

1. To support:

Black Sea and South Caucasus regional initiatives;

The active involvement of civil society in implementing the objectives and goals of European Union;

Monitoring the fulfillment of the commitments taken under the Eastern Partnership

Development of the civil society and self-government

Public awareness in human rights and rule of law issues;

2. To overcome:

Hopelessness of the youth in the sphere of human rights, fairness, democratic governance and culture.
