The first volume on “Environmental Problems” was published 10 years ago. In the meanwhile, the world has undergone spiritual as well as material changes. These alternations have once more proved permanent connections between spiritual and material spheres: the deepest is socio-economic contradiction in the post-soviet sphere; the more infant relationships are singled out in a whole subsisting environment against identical ecological problems.

Modern ecology goes far beyond the biological backbone and proves its priority in socio-economic sphere. An attentive reader sees how the political household accent of the world varies between ethno conflict antagonism and co-existing ecology.

There have been already published 4 volumes, where scientific problems of sustainable development are very important parts.
