Gelati 2010

Our aim is: to attract attention of world community to such a serious problem as maintenance and rescue of the achievements of small states. The world community is called to realize appropriateness of elicitation of knowledge and abilities of talented people and take upon responsibility for realization the potentiality of each individual. The way of rescue is a dialogue between cultures, equal use of achievements in science and creativity.

Every time interval has its reasonability. It was difficult to enter Globalization process. Retention of identity in visual environment is more difficult. The freedom of research and creativity, which comes from ethical norms, is the guarantee of peace in conditions of deepening economical inequality and political conflicts.

From the geopolitical point of view, the Caucasus and especially Georgia, which is closely connected with Grecian and other civilizations, is exceedingly complicated region, with its personal values and interest toward culture. Therefore, realization of such arrangements in Georgia will be novelty, charged with information and creativity.

Gelati Academy of Sciences returns its traditional function, and tries to create better social terms and conditions based on historical experience. In the language of science and culture it’s a dialogue leading to business cooperation. This dialogue will result in development of education and science, realization of innovations, popularization of culture, equality between generations and cooperation.

As it has always been art requires some sponsors. Measure benefit of the achievements of the culture and science and you’ll see relevance of freedom of creativity. Stimulation and supporting of freedom of creativity is duty of everyone. Partnership of people with such ideology and mentality is necessary for partnership for peaceful world.

Stay with us and defend freedom of creativity and provide implementation of our duty.
